RETURN POLICY: PURCHASED ITEMS AT RETAIL LOCATIONS AT ROGERS PLACE

At this time, we are currently unable to process returns and exchanges through email for items purchased at the arena. To return or exchange an item purchased at one of our physical store locations, please visit us during any Edmonton Oilers Home Game with your original receipt. Don't have an event ticket? No problem! Our ICE District Authentics location in Ford Hall (beside the ticket gates/Box Office) opens 90 minutes before puck drop during every home game. RETURN POLICY: ONLINE PURCHASE

If you are not happy with the product you can send it back within 14 days after receiving the good(s).

Products must be returned in unworn, unwashed and undamaged condition in the original packaging.

Please contact us via info@localsoftgoods.com when a product shows factory defects or if we shipped the wrong color/size, we will pay for the shipping costs in the form of a refund. In all other cases you will have to pay for the shipping costs of the returned good(s). We will issue you and RA number to associate

If applicable a refund or credit memo will be issued. In case of an exchange, if the desired product is not available you will receive a credit memo.

Discounted items or products bought during a sale are non-returnable/non-refundable.

SHIPPING RATES & DELIVERY

We ask our customers to allow us 2-3 business days of processing time to assemble your order before it ships.

  • Shipping Rates – All duties, customs and taxes incurred when items are shipped internationally are the responsibility of the customer. Due to Canadian law, Local Soft Goods does not mark down the value of items, nor do we mark items as "gift". If you have any inquiries regarding duties, customs and taxes in your country, contact the carriers customs office.
  • Shipping Carrier – All domestic orders are shipped with expedited service. For international orders, once your parcel clears customs, it will be handed over to your local shipping carrier for final delivery. Note that more detailed tracking information can often be found by tracking your parcel on the website of your local shipping carrier. Tracking and carrier details will be emailed to you when your order dispatches.
  • International Duties and Customs Fees – Note that international orders are shipped Delivery Duty Unpaid (DDU) and you may be charged additional duties and customs fees upon receipt. We have no control over if, or how much, you will be charged for these fees, and we do not accept responsibility for any additional charges the destination country may impose on you.
  • Delivery Times and Costs – Below you will find a breakdown of estimated shipping times and shipping and handling costs. Keep in mind that these time estimates do not include order processing times, nor do they include potential international customs delays. Shipping and handling costs depend on the order value and the requested shipping destination. All shipping options are trackable.
